I’ve grown up, lived, and over the last decade of working as a freelance creative, traveled all over the world collecting inspiration about how we create our lives, in what we find meaning, and how we define our purpose. Having found my strength, and my personal definition and vision of success, I wish to share it with those who think it can inspire them to live a full, wholehearted and adventurous life too. Combining my interests in personal development, mindfulness, lifestyle design and entrepreneurism, I work with those who are passionate about creating their life on their own terms and achieving remarkable things, helping them gain clarity, set goals, make choices, build resilience and actively work toward creating their dream life. My approach is explorative, fueled by curiosity and a sense of adventure. My focus is on empowering you to think outside the box, make the rules, find your freedom, and live your life to the fullest.
I hold a Diploma in Transformational Coaching (2018) & Certificate in Existential Coaching (2019)
With a particular focus on mindset and personal development, transformational coaching is a holistic and integrative approach that develops the performance element at the core of traditional coaching to coaching that offers space for change at various levels to accommodate the broad spectrum of human experience.
The coaching principle of collaborative enquiry is at the heart of all this. It allows the coach to be challenging as well as supportive to enable effective personal discovery and change by drawing upon everything that this unique form of relationship brings to the space.
Focused on motivation, goal-setting and action to take you from where you currently are to where you want to be, coaching offers a rich environment for you to explore whatever is going on for you whether that's around work, relationships, personal life, or on a spiritual dimension of finding your sense of meaning and purpose in life.
As your coach I will join you in exploring and contribute the tools that will be most useful to you. The only ingredient needed for success is your commitment.
An Existential Framework
We are living in a time of great choice and huge opportunity. For many of us, however, this brings with it a sense of existential confusion - of too much to do with too little time to do it! It's easy to get caught up in the daily grind and never find a moment to pause and ask ourselves what - ultimately - are we directing all our efforts at?
Existentialism provides a complimentary framework for our modern day experience. It emphasizes the empowering idea of complete freedom and choice, but also the absence of guaranteed outcomes and the burden of responsibility for our choices.
Embracing the human condition as one inextricably linked with challenge and tension, coaching through an existential lens helps us address our existential condition from a start point of self-compassion. Once we truly accept that life is naturally going to be tough, we can encourage a kinder, gentler way of being that does not shirk the challenges, but that that acknowledges and celebrates the complexity of human life.
Aiming to generate stronger emotional resources and create lasting, heartfelt change, coaching existentially invites us to own up to our responsibilities and choices, ask ourselves the big questions, and become philosophers in our own lives!
